Relationship between Competency, Motivation, Workload and Leadership with the Performance of Administrative Staff in GMIM Bethesda General Hospital

All administrative staff of the GMIM Bethesda Tomohon General Hospital have their respective job descriptions that been determined by hospital management, but implementation has not carried out optimally. This is evidenced fact there are still complaints dissatisfaction from community regarding services provided. The purpose this study was to analyze relationship between competence, motivation, workload and leadership with performance at Tomohon. research an observational analytic a cross-sectional approach. population all total 54 employees. data were collected using questionnaire filled employees themselves, analyzed univariately through frequency distribution table, bivariate analysis chi-square test multivariate logistic regression method. results show dan most dominant variable on leadership.
